I hereby authorize H99 PROPERTY to handle various types of business activities such as real estate sales, leasing transactions, and property management. I agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy:

In case of any dispute, please contact us directly to negotiate the possibility, amount, and method of refund. Any refund will be processed primarily through the original payment method. If there are unavoidable circumstances, both parties will agree on an alternative method of refund. All refund requests are subject to final approval by the management of H99 Property Sdn. Bhd.

Delivery Method and Time:

This app is for property owners to put advance payments. After online payment, the amount can be viewed in the statement.

Privacy Policy:

1. H99 PROPERTY collects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations, for the purpose of providing quality services and within the necessary scope of business activities.

2. I may provide the following personal data as needed: name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, identification number, or other information that can directly or indirectly identify me.

3. I agree that H99 PROPERTY may use the personal data that I provided to verify my identity, communicate, provide related services and information, and for other uses outlined in the privacy policy.

4. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, I may request H99 PROPERTY to: (1) review or access my data, (2) obtain a copy, (3) supplement or correct it, (4) stop its collection, processing, use and (5) delete it.
